Stopped by shortly after 5:00 on a Sunday to get a flat fixed, had me in and out fast and didn't even charge me! Great customer service!!
This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I was quoted 3 different prices to get my rotors replaced (one on the phone and two in person) and was told it would only take an hour and it took three even after I specifically made an appointment to get it done. No one including the manager could explain to me why over the phone I was told $143 and when I went to pay it was $215. These guys are a bunch of crooks. If I could give a zero I would. Do not go here!!
The absolute worst customer service. No "I'll/someone will be with you shortly" no acknowledgement whatsoever. When and if they say something its like your bothering the hell out of them. Today I got nothing so I left. Won't visit if they are the only ones open.
They've had my truck since 10:00 this morning for tires, brakes and a front end alignment. It was promised to be complete by 5 pm. It is 6:45 pm and they said it will still be about another 30 minutes, because they are doing another car first and have to wait to get to mine. ridiculous!
Good service. Honest.
So far so good. I Will write a review soon as the service for my car is completed.
