Being more efficient... have yet to receive my full set of tires from two weeks ago...
This place will go above and beyond to not take care of you. They can have two cars and 10 technicians and they will still be “covered up”.
Pep boys you need better customer support staff and managers and shops hands....... 3 hours for a tire to be replaced.... 1 tire!!!!!!!
I don't think I have ever worked with the store as bad as the Pep Boys in North Little Rock Arkansas. My car broke down in North Little Rock yesterday what a Sunday and I had it towed to Pep Boys because that's who my warranty company uses. What a terrible experience. I went into the service center bought and paid for 4 tires for my truck, only to find out they only had 3 in store? Ok, a bit of an inconvenience, come back tomorrow, we’ll fix you right up. I came back the next day (after calling twice to confirm my tire was there). Nope it’s not here. Huh? Worst place on the planet! Service department is rude and it does not matter what time you scheduled an appointment for they won’t honor it! I’ve tried scheduling an oil change several times but they never honor it
I keep going back, they are always nice enough, I guess I just don't trust any mechanics fully. I paid 500$ yesterday including $180 for a part that sells new online, after a thorough search, for about $100 ( I know my card tear, make, model, engine size, and other info-- through search done). Their outside dealers must really overcharge them for this part. Then labor costs--$140-- but hey I get that- labor costs aren't really a big deal. Then other various needs and work done. Do not EVER waste your time at this place. They are the biggest crooks when it comes to car service. Bought four brand new tires here. Well less than a year later the tires are no good at all. I go to get it checked and they say it's my rotors. So I go to two other shops and they say there is nothing wrong with my rotors. I were actually sold BAD tires from PEP BOYS.
