went to get my transmission fluid flushed and filter changed. Granted this is one of the packages they offer and they wouldn't touch my truck. the older black gentleman in the front office was rude as hell towards me completely lost my business and I will never recomend another person! the technician chuck heard of our issues and did a quick check was very informative and great customer service skills.

Terrible communication, disrespect from management. Price keeps changing even though my car has not been touched.
Thursday evening I was driving through NLR and found out I had a nail in my tire. I went to this location. They told me they fixed it, I paid, then I left. The next day I woke up and my tire was low again. After inspecting it I found the same nail in the same exact place. I’m now having to take my car in to a different place I o get it fixed. So Pep Boys, I guess you’re welcome for the $25 that I paid for you to do absolutely nothing to my tire.
