I do not know why I keep going back,guess I hope it will be better and just having a bad day.Told one time there was only one guy there.I always make a appointment and my car usually stays in one place a hour after I get there before that even start on it.I was offered a ride home though. I always have a very long wait.To have front bearings replaced I was there eight hours,well the guy had to eat .Guess all had to take a lunch hour at the same time.Go in for a oil change and always find other things that have to be repaired... read more
Made an appointment on line. Call to reschedule for later that day and was told could, get for them to tell me that I couldn't be service because their was only one man and he was working a three hour service. I told them I made my appointment on line, they said they don't go by those and the company should of turned it off long ago. So ask if I could come by tomorrow but it's not guaranteed if I could be serviced or not.
2 to 3 hours for an oil CHANGE!! With an appointment.

�I wouldn't even give it one star but I couldn't write a review without at least tapping one star this past Tuesday I was on McCain and I got a flat and just so happened I was across the street from Pep Boys on McCain it was about 4:30pm and I went to pep Boys trying to get a tire and their employees where very rude especially a young man named Kendall he told me there wasn't anyone able to put a tire on for me and while I was there he answered the phone and told a caller that they didn't close until 8:00pm so why the fuck c... read more
They got us in late in the day for a blown tire and stayed late to fix us up.
What the heck? Two days to replace an alternator. Two different techs working on it. One won't lay on the ground to look underneath and the other re-does everything the first tech did from the first day. This is all with permission to just fix it cause it don't care what's wrong..... Fix it!
