$680 brake job plus a $40 oil change and 2 months later had to pay tow bill to get it back to them for lost caliber bolts they said was freak accident??? Fixed at no charge but because I didn’t use pep boys tow service I’m out tow bill?!? Customer service is a lost art in our service economy !
My husband and I are so pleased with their service.. they did a awesome job.. and we're very helpful. Us being a drivers for a paisano's a pizza place.. they made sure we were kept on driving. They were super friendly nd they all had a great personality. Simply love them and happy to have time close by to work ..Love you guys from the Espy couple .. thank you so much again for everything..
Pep Boys on Gunbarrel in Chattanooga always does an awesome job!!! I have an older vehicle that they keep in running condition for me. Scott is an amazingly skilled mechanic and Cody provides terrific customer service. I highly recommend them.
