Love the people who work there we are rebuilding 2 cars. So we are there practically every other day getting something.
I am so displeased with this place!!! I had an appointment for 11:00 this morning for a front brake job and it is now 1:36 and they are just getting started. I will never come back nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone!! What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment? I am not sure the reason for such a delay because no one has even given me the courtesy of an update!! Very poor service and bad manners!!! Does not deserve a one star rating but will not let me post without one.
Had an alignment done, drove to Statesville, knowing the steering was off, had the alignment checked at my tire shop, front camber was -2, and +1. I had specified -1.5, toe was - one side, + other. What can I say, was probably better aligned prior to Pep boys.
On 18 sept 2013 at 10 am, I dropped off my truck for a brake job that had already been arranged the night prior. I was informed it would only be 1 to 1.5 hours to complete it. I never received a call, by 1:30 pm I called to get a status, the lady on the phone informed that for the past 3.5 hours they have been looking for my keys.
