Normally when I take my vehicles to this location for service they do a good job and wait is just average for as busy as they are. BUT when ordering tires online for pickup the website said the discount I received was for in stock tires so why does it take 4 to 5 days to get an email saying my tires are ready for pickup? Why not be able to print the email and pick them up the same day or the next? Ridiculous
I bought my tires from Pep Boys 6 weeks ago. I had a slow leak because I ran over a screw. They were so nice and saw I had less than 5,000 miles on the new tires. They could not fix the tire because it was partially in the sidewall. They gave me a brand new tire and all I paid was the labor. They were smiling and super polite the whole time. Thank you Pep Boys
This place is just out for money... Took my truck in not even two days ago and they came back with a list of over $2500 worth of parts and mostly labor saying this is what's needed to be done to pass an inspection.. Today I went to a different place and as soon as I said pep boys the whole staff was like here we go again!!! Turns out the problem I went to get fixed at pep boys turned out to be my engine ... Charged me 140 bucks in " labor" but didn't fix tha car...truth b told i could have done tha shit my self....tha techs that work there are sub par
I recieved excellent service from customer service down to the satisfaction I got o the repair of m vehicle. I would trust them again with future services on my vehicle. Thanks Orlando and your team for all the help that I received. I appreciate you all a lot!!!
I bought four tires from them back in 2013 an every time I would call to make an appointment an take my car in there it was always awful service an something would be wrong or not right so it ended it up having to have two new tires so please whatever you do don't buy tires or have any kind of thing done to your vehicle there bc you will awful services
