My daughter has been to the Pep Boys on Skibo. 4 times is about 2 1/2 months. Each time 400+ and it's still got the same problem. Tonight was the second time her vehicle was towed back there for the same problem. I'm thinking either they don't do quality work or they don't have experienced trained licensed mechanics. I'm about to go find out where to file a complaint. It's worse after all that?! I do not recommend anyone to go there for work to be done. This is ridiculous!
This is place is horrible for a simple tire replacement. Waited almost 4 hrs to get the new set of tires installed on my car. I would have left but already paid for the tires. Avoid this place at all costs.
Place was over swamped . A lot of very angry customers leaving. But most of all I got here 15 minutes prior to my 11am appointment and here I sit just about 5 hours later and still haven't left. I came in to get only my front brakes done and when I looked in the stall my hood was up and all four tires off. Orlando was helpful when it came to checking on the status of my car. It sucks I had to wait 4 hours and on top of that was over charged for only an oil change $87. then when I told them It was just an oil change and they had told me it was only $37 they said oh it was synthetic oil so thats more . well that oil must be made of gold smh never again will I go there to Pep Boys again .. Sad half my day waisted and over charged ..
Horrible service. First technician didn't know what he was doing and I had to keep calling about my truck.

Areas of improvement: 1 Employees leave politics at home 2 Be clear about job and give close approximation with time. 3 Check issues before you give keys to clients 4 interpersonal communication. An employee told me "I'm going to trust you to come back but if you don't I have your address to call the police. You get my drift that wouldn't be good. Would it?"
