Been here for 3 hours. Went to ask how long until they took my car back, the guy had no clue they hadn't taken it back yet after 2 HOURS of waiting!! Then, the guy didn't even tell the mechanic the stuff I actually wanted done. This is the WORST experience I've ever had here. Should've learned after the first time when our oil change took over a hour.
Oil change, tire rotation, air filter, etc... Preparing for another trip... BTW this business does great work with Southern Hospitality! Been coming here since 1991 for all of my automotive needs. Orlando, Pam, Rob, CJ, and the rest are the best!
This is my second time here and I can say for sure. I will NEVER come back. 4 1/2 hours waiting with 4 year old because they said 1 1/2 hours. Last time it was 5 1/2. The staff was very nice and constantly apologizing about the wait but I just don't have that kind of time for auto work.

Since when does a transmission flush cost $178 dollars?! I have been bringing my car in for the past 3 weeks asking about my breaks. Now all the sudden they tell me that I need break pads and rotors in the front. So now my bill is $600. Are you kidding me!!!!!! Forget that. I will have someone else do the breaks. I can't trust these people anymore and evidently I need to bring a man with me since they can't seem to get their act together.
Was pleased with the service (tire installation/alignment).. but when I got in my car the next day, I noticed the shoe-print grease stains they left on my floor mats.. Would have given 5 stars, but laziness and negligence has no place in the service industry.
