RecommendedMy son popped a tire on his way to Savannah GA late this afternoon. Pep Boys was the only Tire store that he called that was willing to get new tire put on today. He said the staff was super nice and went above and beyond to get him on his way. Even stayed past closing time. Highly recommend Pep Boys.
Went to have a flat repaired. They were insanely behind and understaffed. Very nice guys helped me out a ton and were very friendly and positive despite the circumstances. VERY happy with the customer service from David, Geary, and Jonathan. Y’all rock.

Got an appointment for 9am to get nee tries on ! At 10:15 our car still outside and didn’t took care still on it ! Never ever again - waited a total time of 3 hours to get 4 tires on a car ! No way how they treat customers and telling you BS ! Don’t go there waste of time !!
Made it here 20 min before closing and I wasn’t sure if they would be able to help me! I had a tire with a slow leak. They fixed my tire and treated me like royalty. Pep boys will be my go to location for service and tore care from now on!

Came here yesterday (2 hours away) called and told someone I was coming to get 4 tires got here and they said they couldn’t put them on til today so no big deal right they get me all scheduled to come in and get my 4 tires this morning remember I’m 2 hours away so I just got a hotel and now they just informed me that they DO NOT have 4 tires in stock!! My car was on it's last leg. Literally clinging for dear life with the tires that were on it. It rode horribly and shook at high speeds. So, decided to bring it here and I am not disappointed at all!!! Was able to get 4 brand new tires, an alignment, and a brand new air filter all for under $500! (Exceeded 505 with tax, but still.) Had I gone to my dealership to get all of this done, I probably would have been waiting close to 5 hours and paying nearly double the amount. They also got me out of there in 2 hours!!!
