After having my car for 4 hours for an oil change and tires when I picked my car up they didn’t actually do my oil change but they certainly charged me for it. So now I get to wait for my car longer. They also called telling me I needed a $380 rear break job for pads and rotors but when I looked at the paperwork the tech filled out my brakes were marked as okay on both front and rear. Worst experience EVER!!! Efficiency and customer service is not a priority here. They do, however, enjoy running up your bill and sitting around stealing oxygen rather than working. WORST SERVICE AND STORE IN FAYETTEVILLE(That's saying alot)!!!
Worst place I’ve ever been to. Set up an appointment online and showed up for it with my confirmation text and they told me they were too busy to help me. Wouldn’t even attempt to make things right. Were rude, acting as if I was a huge inconvenience.
This store almost had me spend $3000 for something that wasn’t even wrong with my car. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as speaking to a manager at the store
