Overall really positive, would definitely stay again!
Stayed for four nights in November ‘25 while on business. Service upon checking in was below par. Arrived slightly early to be bluntly told check in doesn’t open until 1500 and when my room was ready I was informed “I’ll chuck the key over to you”. Not offered to relax in the bar with a drink, Wonderful start. WiFi and 5g all but unusable most of the time so working in the room was all but impossible. Very clean and tidy and modern hotel, very happy with my stay, the gym was nice bonus, room was clean and tidy, no issues. Food was very good, staff friendly. Only minor notes, the mattress was firm, not a fan personally but it's a personal choice as I like a softer mattress, and having to ask at reception to have the room made up every day, otherwise I would highly recommend and I'd not think twice about stopping here again
