I took my car in on Dec 20th 2017 for air bag light. I was told the passenger side airbag needed to be replaced. It's now Jan 19th 2018 my car has yet to be fixed. I was told there was a back order on the part and they should have it by Jan 30th 2018. Well this Monday I was informed that not only does the airbag need to be replaced but there's now a recall on it. They did give me a rental, but I drive for uber and lyft as a second income. I took my car in for the routine oil change (12/14/2017) with no appointment. They told me it would be about a two hour wait. I asked for their Shuttle Service to take me home. After about 2:45 minutes of waiting, I was finally contacted. I was told by the Service Advisor (Cesar Azarte) that my car was ready and then also told my car had been involved in an accident.
