2 to 3 hours for a tire rotation on a Thursday when it’s really empty. You park your car then wait at least 20 min for someone to help you. This place is a nightmare

Great place to buy and service and fix your ride....
Prices are high, got an estimate from Longo Toyota and they were way cheaper. Just glad they at least price matched it! what i am not content about is, they left a bottle inside my engine and rubbed the serpentine belt and components. when i took it to them show them, nothing was remedied. They just said it happens as stated by 2 employees. What kind of trustfulness should i have now!
