Took in my car for Routine maintenance on Friday and Penske never disappoints. Iven Vargas helped me out and went above and beyond. I was dreading the wait once I pulled up and saw a line of cars but he managed to get my car in and out in a little over an hour. He is always extremely helpful and nice every time I bring in my car for service.
RecommendedPenske Toyota of Downey is the only place I go for all my Toyota Prius' needs. The assistant service manager, Iven Vargas, is beyond helpful, assures me my car will be taken care of, and thus a prime reason for me returning. The waiting lounge is comfortable, clean, and I love how it offers pastries and various coffee choices.

won't ever buy a vehicle here again, dealt with many toyota dealerships, but won't ever buy here again. the salesman never followed through with his deals and I am still having legal issues with a car I sold 6 months ago to them.
