I took my car in to the collision shop 8/21 after approval from insurance. Preliminary estimate 7 day repair. Preliminary payment made. No response from Penske estimator. Directed to voice mail on all inquiries. 10/10 text from Penske requesting last four digits of ss# to authorize $2000+ repairs with no explanation. Contacted Donna Potter. Discovered they have had my car 7 weeks have not ordered parts or begun repairs. 7 weeks without a car or a word of what’s going on. Insurance paid in full 10/3.
