I have done business with this dealer for many years as I have purchased several vehicles here. Recently, I have had several bad experiences in both their sales department and service. The last one being that they made repairs to my vehicle without my knowledge or consent and gave out a rental to somebody else using my vehicle as collateral. I visited recently for a maintenance/service. They serviced my car immediately… I had my car returned in an hour… The place is an awesome facility… Penske Toyota of Downey has a workstation equipped with outlets so guests can continue working on their business while they are staying at Penske Toyota.
This place knows customer service. My entire family drives past several dealers to come her for purchase and maintenance.
Home of inexperienced mechanics that cant lift a car right, this dealer couldnt jack my fathers car right, dented and scraped the side and refused to take responsibility when confronted. Throwing "seven years" of experience, Shane insulted my intelligence. This place is unprofessional and the worst. Im going to Gardena Honda for my next car.
I found a great deal online at Penske Toyota of Downey, and the service I received from Danish in Sales,and Francisco, the Finance Manager, was exceptional. I couldn't have asked for a better team to handle my purchase. If you are looking for an easy, no stress car-buying experience, this is the place!
