These guys are the best! Mrs. Casas from Business development center scheduled my appt & took the time to answer all my questions. Mr. Swanenburg was professional in evaluating & estimating my car for a fair value. Everyone at Downey Toyota were professional - they have great work ethics, and take the time to talk to you. I recommend them to anyone because of my pleasant experience with dealership.
UPDATE: After I posted the review below I was contacted by Eddie, Penske's GM. I met with Eddie and explained my situation to him. Since I have been a loyal customer there for the past 11 years, he tried his best to help me. He first contacted corporate, which refused to help in any way.
