Wait time for service (oil change) even though you have an appointment is too long. Not happy , I will rather go pay for a simple oil change some place else than having to wait 3hrs.

Well I went to this dealership because I thought they would really understand my needs, I had purchased a vehicle from them in the past. I was very disappointed with the sales person though I really expected more of a genuine customer service versus what I really got: they were all about the commission and wanted to sell me another vehicle that had dents on it and was scratched I even got a callback from their " customer service"and I told them my experience they did not even offer to show me other vehicles comparable to the... read more
