Best customer service ever! They were so nice and explained everything on my car in detail. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
Brought my Accord in to have the recall taken care of. Was done on time, didn't have anyone try to sell me any other service, and staff was friendly and helpful. Love the free shuttle service, too! I wish I could give ten stars to shuttle driver Keith!

Worked out and I bought a car, but it took unneeded hours....
I have been using Penske service for over 10 years. I had “A 12” service today on my 2016 Honda Pilot for which I was billed $201.90 (including $6.89 tax). I did not know this amount until I was checking out, so I paid so I could get my keys and proceed on to other scheduled business. As I mentioned to my service adviser, when making my online appointment Penske web site told me the charge would be $176.67 ($46.99 + 19.99 + 109.99). Went in for a recall repair. We knew it would be a temporary fix until the part comes in later this Fall. Anticipated wait time was 1.5 to 2 hours. It was completed in one hour. Penske is always friendly and helpful.
