Over the last few years, I have had terrible experiences with a local Acura dealership. So, I thought...why not try Penske Honda. Today, was my first experience and won't be my last. Top notch customer service and the entire experience was seamless. My wait was a bit longer than promised, but they apologized and acknowledged they were a bit tardy. Bought a 2011 Silverado from Scott Hiller less than three weeks ago. Two days in, my inside door handle breaks. I immediately had to change the idler and tension pulley as they were squeaking. I changed the oil and the oil was black. Now my heat is intermittent. I drop it off for service and the tech calls me and agrees that it sounds like there is an air bubble in my anti freeze system. I would give 0 stars to this place. I came in here to the collision center to get an estimate (I’m a 25 year old girl and I’m not a car genius mind you). I explained to the CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER that all I wanted was an estimate... just look at my car and give me numbers. He gave me a long schpeel about insurance and how I should go through it (literally a 15 min schpeel). He then asked me what I paid for the competitors. I messed up my front bumper a little. I was told my vehicle would be done the 12th, it was "finished" the 18th. I signed up for updates and received 1 saying it would be done on the 15th instead. I call the 15th asking when I could pick it up, and they were like oh... it will be the 18th. no sorry, just excuses on how it was someone else's fault as to why I wasn't informed.
