I've had a horrible experience with my 2016 Honda Civic. The car is not working well. I can't get a manager to call me back..I'm waiting on day two!! I did receive a ridiculous call from sales manager telling me the best way to fix the problem was to buy a new car from him!! I do not trust Penske and am reviving horrible customer service at manager level!!
