This was a truly professional experience from the first phone call to the appraisal submit. Luis was approachable, knowledgeable and cooperative. Communication was open and Luis worked with us to schedule an appointment at our convenience. Highly recommend!
Luis was very personable, professional and made the appraisal process very easy. He clearly understands his customers and works in a manner to provide customer satisfaction. On the day of our appraisal, he had a flat tire on the way, called to ensure we could still do the appraisal, paid attention to details, listened to our comments and added good feedback, and was just generally responsive. He provided the appraisal one day ahead of schedule at our request and I am pleased with every aspect of his work.
