They did a great job performing the service. Understanding payment options up front (PayPal) and their acceptance of credit cards will enhance what is already a solid good service provided, and ensure appraisal reports are not held up for payment, while waiting to receive a check in the mail.
They were fast, efficient and provided the report on a short time frame. I will recommend their company to every one in need of an appraisal.

Very prompt. In our first conversation, he made gave me some sound advice even though at that time he thought I was going to need to go elsewhere for business (had to do with VA specs). He told me watch to watch out for, and what to expect. He also told me what the average pricing I should expect to pay for the kind of appraisal I thought I needed. Very personable and respectful. They still have not provided the service I paid for. Cashed the check minutes after I gave it to them, but did not deliver the goods. Very disappointed.

Mr. L (customers name modified by HomeAdvisor) hired our service to do two appraisals. I mentioned to him that our turn around time was 5 business days and he agreed. We were supposed to deliver by the 5th day; however, towards the end of 5th day I contacted him to ask him a few questions on one of his properties because it was extremely complex, we spoke over the phone that day and because we had not delivered the reports (2) by the very next day (6th business day) at 9:00 am he posted his review.
