The Appraiser was very courteous. He was in my home on time. He did his due diligence and provided a very professional report. I would recommend his services.
this appraisel was my first.it went alot smoother than anticipated.they showed up on time,worked on my schedule.they did the necesarry work and had the end result to me in a timely manner. very satisfied

very unprofessional and not reliable. I had to call many time to ask about the status of my appraisal, because he forgot to reply to my calls. The estimate of the appraisal to low in comparison of other properties already sold in the same Community. Those property sold at a higher price few improvements. He was not considering that my property IS a TURNKEY property.

Please note that I met with John C. and took all the information that I needed, including updates and upgrades to his home. I told John C. that our turn around time for his appraisal would be 4 to 5 business days. He started calling at the 2nd day, then third, then fourth. I replied to all of his calls and answered to all of his concerns. I submitted the finalized appraisal report on the 4th day. I was professional through this whole process.
