Very professional and turn around was good.
Very efficient and dependable.
This was my first experience using an appraiser as well as using HomeAdvisor. Overall, it was an "O.K." experience. The appraisal was a bit lower than I had expected and some of the details in the final report were not as accurate as I would have expected. The appraiser was also a bit more "car salesman" in his approach than I was prepared for, and, frankly, a bit condescending when I asked for clarification on a question I had. Very easy to work with. Easy to schedule an appointment and the appraisal was prepared quickly.
The appraiser was very professional and came to the house in a timely manner. The report was also very professional, thoroughly prepared with no mistakes.
Penser handled the appraisal process in a very professional and efficient manner. Their report had an error on my name which when brought to their attention was fixed and e-mailed to me within 5 minutes. As I reviewed my document which was very thorough and had any questions and called my appraiser he was available to promptly answer my questions .
Terrible work. All the homes used as comparables were smaller homes and in less desirable locations. Property was undervalued and none of the parties believed the results and his appraisal was essentially rendered useless. I brought this to his attention and he told me to select other homes and he would change his report. Are you kidding me. Don't ever use him. Total waste of money!!!
