Very through and professional.
Mr. Luis Panagos did our appraisal and we are very satisfied with the results. His appraisal was well above what our realtor quoted and we believed the house was worth. His work was professional and very detailed. He kept in touch with us and answered all texts within a very reasonable time.
While I was happy with the agent's timeliness, thorough reporting, and professionalism, I was unhappy with the appraised value. I thought it should have been higher.
Luis was great
I really appreciated how he worked with my budget. It was completed and returned to me in the timeframe he quoted. Plus Luis is a very nice gentleman.
