BEWARE: I’m buying a new home and it is a new construction community. I booked Penske Appraisals for a open time slot in the morning on home advisors. They text me a confirmation then 10 min later I got a text from owner stating he cannot do it at the booked time and asked to switch the time. I conceded and agreed to a later time in the afternoon. Please note that I had all the intention of meeting with Mr. Tim B as scheduled at 1:00 pm. That day I had a scheduled Evidentiary Hearing for a bankruptcy case to attend to at 10:00 am. By law, no one, other than attorneys and judges can bring a cell phone into the court room and this kept me from any type of communication with Mr. Tim B. I have attended many Evidentiary Hearings in the past and they hardly ever last more than one hour to maybe one and a half hours.
