I liked they where on time, and very professional.
There were some things not noted in the appraisal which I thought should have been (the park across the street from the house). Also, I do not believe that the appraiser knew enough about the area. The appraisal came in quite s lot lower than the current comps for the area ($50,000 - $70,000 lower than current comparable sales)
