Luis strived to satisfy the customer. The appraisal of my property was not an easy one since my neighborhood is very mixed in the age, type and condition of homes, however I felt he managed to develop an accurate appraisal. He worked over the weekend to complete the appraisal since it took slightly longer than he had anticipated.
Excellent services!!!! Luis was an early arrival and after completing the job,he informed me of my expectant date to receive my results and it surely was delivered the exact date...I'm more than happy to refer anyone to this company.
Luis was on time for our onsite meeting. He was very knowledgeable and gave us his appraisal in a timely manner. He was very personable and we enjoyed meeting him. I would recommend Luis and Penser Appraisals.
