History Established in 2013. Penny's Pit was built from the ground up and is family owned and operated. Ryan and Christina Klundt, along with Christina's father David and sister Nichole started Penny's with minimal savings and income, without any business loans.David came up with the name "Penny's Pit" after Christina and Ryan's pit bull dog Penny. Delicious burgers, hot perfect fries, and friendly fast service; Even though they were very busy. Can't wait to go back and try the whole menu.
So happy we accidentally found this place. I LOVE the Audrey (grilled chicken sandwich). Patty melt is great too. Zach is a terrific server.
