AVOID！！！Geniune review with picture proof. These scammers charged us £1000 deposit deduction for CLEANING after we hired professional move-out cleaning!!! ******* Further to this dishonest agent’s reply： For room that is clean they cannot even find and fault with microscope they just said “needs further cleaning” （see picture 3）probably they should ask it to be returned surgical cleanroom-grade？？🤣🤣🤣
It’s difficult to fully express how poor our experience has been with Penny & Sinclair, particularly with Alvaro and Rebecca. Communication has consistently been unprofessional, often dismissive, and at times condescending in tone. I will say this for the reimbursement: 1. Our curtain use is normal. I send the images you provided to AI for analysis, it indicates improper curtain installation. 2. Under normal use, if the air conditioning or the refrigerator is broken during the stay, do you ask the guest to pay for the repair? 3.
