I will say this for the reimbursement: 1. Our curtain use is normal. I send the images you provided to AI for analysis, it indicates improper curtain installation. 2. Under normal use, if the air conditioning or the refrigerator is broken during the stay, do you ask the guest to pay for the repair? 3.
