Have been there before with other family members and it was amazing. Yesterday's visit was horrible. Brought pages of information from previous doctors, tests and even pictures to plead our case. My daughter was treated rudely, talked to like she was stupid, and they didn't even care about the papers or even trying to find the problem. That doctor received a gift from God that not all of us have been fortunate to receive. To bad he acted Like a superior jerk instead of a humble healer.
The nurses and doctors are awesome here , they were very informative and supportive. We love our miracle Dr. Cohen.
I waited 2 hours just to see my doctor in the Crohns Disease suite 3200, i didn't even get to see my surgeon for my follow up cause tgey took so long, it's terrible, i hope to have a better experience my next appointment!!!!
Had back surgery here an everyone was so nice to me an my family it made for a great experience during the scariest time ever ... First surgery I ever had I had tons of questions an all the staff was so understanding an very sweet!! Excellent hospital!

I received a liver transplant from Hershey Med and the complete staff treated me so nice and everyone was respectful. Great experience
Everyone was kind and professional and eager to help EVERY patient. I've had many trips to many hospitals, unfortunately, and I can say that Penn State Hershey Medical Center is, hands down, the best hospital I have ever been admitted to. Many thanks to Dr. Lynch, his staff, and all of the lovely nurses who helped me get through a successful procedure! Thank you so, so much!!!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
