Had back surgery here an everyone was so nice to me an my family it made for a great experience during the scariest time ever ... First surgery I ever had I had tons of questions an all the staff was so understanding an very sweet!! Excellent hospital!
My daughter had 2 related surgeries here & the hospital & entire staff was amazing & helped throughout the entire process
The staff in all areas (pre-op, op, and post-op) were all amazing! I had surgery there yesterday and felt so at ease before and after. Dr. Diemling and his staff were incredible, and Ellen and Kayla in my post op recovery stay were also great! Thank you for a your kindness and care!!

Billing department is the worst! Don’t miss a payment on your budget you will get sent to collections immediately!! Very rude unprofessional don’t let you explain why you were going through what you were!! Split bill in half I have some I owe them the rest went out sorry I had my fathers death my surgery all at once! Replace employees with people who have respect
Thank you Dr Soni, Dr Chen (cornea specialist) and Dr Park (anesthesiologist) for taking such wonderful care of our Tanner. A huge thank you to the PACU nurse Jennifer for helping make him and us as comfortable as possible when he was coming out of the anesthesia. We can't thank you all enough. #inspiretogether
My issue with the hospital is handicap parking... The parking in front of the hospital is for valet parking and handicap parking is so far away. Not very thought out. Why do valets need to park in front. The people using valet parking aren't walking from that parking lot. Valet parking should be moved so handicap people don't have to walk so far. The valets can walk.
Everyone was kind and professional and eager to help EVERY patient. I've had many trips to many hospitals, unfortunately, and I can say that Penn State Hershey Medical Center is, hands down, the best hospital I have ever been admitted to. Many thanks to Dr. Lynch, his staff, and all of the lovely nurses who helped me get through a successful procedure! Thank you so, so much!!!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
They have an awesome nerve clinic. The surgery department are awesome 😎
