The ER doctor had no compassion and I was in pain.

I have been going there for 20 years. They are going to lose my business if they don't stop asking me for ID and my insurance card every time I go there. My insurance card is on file !! It never changes. And some clerical people need to smile and greet you better ! And the bigger thank you for my business !!! If not I am going to take it elsewhere!!! I always thank the doctors and nurses for the care they give me. So patients should be thanked for choosing Hershey over other hospitals. Good customer service !!
My wife had surgery there yesterday and just let me say tbis was one of the best experiences at a hospital I've experienced. From admissions when we got there to the valet getting our car the experience was A+++++++++++. Thank you.
