Never a problem and I've been taking my kids there for years. Staff is wonderful, very patient, compassionate and understanding. They will bend over backwards to make a child comfortable and not stressed.

Everything at Hershey Medical Center from the valet parking to the food service is great, all of the staff goes outta there way to help you with whatever you need.
