I had my last hip surgery here 20 plus years ago... chose to go back and no regrets for my hip replacement surgery. Wonderful staff, doctors, nurses, etc.
Worst experience I've ever had at Hershey. I waited 4 hours in the waiting room. They took blood in the blood draw room. The nurse Danielle, who took my blood, burst one of the veins in my forearm. Proceeded to stick the side of my hand, nothing. Then did the crease of my elbow & finally got the blood. When she flushed out my IV she used her MOUTH to open the cap of the saline!!! I was livid! The ER doctor had no compassion and I was in pain.
Best hospital ever been too. Took great care of my daughter as well as my family.
The doctors and nursing staff is great.
My wife had a brain tumor. She had her surgery there. All the staff members there took great care of her like she was family! Love that place!
Dr. Iantosca is a superhero. He's operated on my son's brain twice. Once 2 years ago when he was 2 and 1/2 and just this past week. We are so thankful for Dr. Iantosca and his staff for working diligently for 7.5 long hours to bring my baby back to me. All the staff is amazing and everyone is extremely accommodating. Thank you and 5 star rating is not nearly enough for giving me my son back.
