I have had all three of my children at HMC and had good experiences every time. I had my third a week ago and again had a great experience. All of the nurses in labor and delivery are amazing, caring people! Specifically nurse Jen who was my delivery nurse and helped coach me through the hard part of my delivery. Also nurse Jacquie and nurse Ginny who were with me in recovery that first night/day post-delivery. I can't thank you all enough for the care and support you offered!

Great people and treatment, but when a person is treated for pain from Crohn's there hardly is any follow up treatment for pain vs addiction. You leave it all up to the patient. You need to know the difference between pain vs opiate addiction. You can't just ask questions and think that's ok. You really need to be more educated for that and educate your patients and parents. I think you are afraid to. Because of your "stick your head in the sand" approach patients are addicted and you could of helped prevent it.

Dr Harkins is phenomenal! I was seeing another dr who wasn't listening to me and kept pushing me off. I saw dr Harkins and he sat and listened to what I had to say. He did surgery and I couldn't feel better. Thanks Dr Harkins for given me a better quality of life. All the nurses and residents on his team were great and made sure I was well taken care of. Made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Olympia, Dr. Bean and our nurse Brooke were absolutely amazing for my daughters ER visit on July 28th 2016. My family was on vacation 2 hours away from home and my 9 month old daughter had a reaction to her amoxicillin. Seeing your child break out in a rash from head to toe is scary enough and it makes it worse being in a strange place and not having her regular doctor around. Everyone there did absolutely great with her even with her screaming, squirming and being scared because she did not know what was going on. Thank... read more

The woman's health, more specifically Dr. Harkins and his "crew" are without a doubt the most compassionate, caring, and dedicated group of medical professionals a person could ask for! They go above and beyond to make sure their patients are taken care of, whether it be through medical intervention, or surgery. I cannot even begin to say how grateful I am for all that they have done for me, and continue to do. It's a great feeling to know you have a great team of Drs in your corner, and to have such a deep bench!!! Shout ou... read more

They have nurses that think, because of ones race, that their life is worthless!!!

I delivered at Hershey last month and I have to say the staff was absolutely wonderful in labor & delivery. I would like to know where I can get the jolly pacifier that was given to us when we left the hospital , can't find them in the stores .
