From the doctors and nurses to the custodians and food service, everyone we encountered at the hospital during our stay was so very kind and helpful! We appreciate so very much enjoying the privilege of living so close to a world-class medical facility!
After my daughter sustained a dog bite to her face the evening of the Super bowl February 7th, 2016 I rushed her to St. Joseph Medical Center in Reading PA. We were told her injury would require plastic surgery. The ER doctor consulted the on call plastic surgeon at Hershey Medical Center who said we would need to follow up in the next day or so with their plastic surgery team. Thank you to this hospital for saving my moms life! She laid in another hospital for 6 days having mini strokes telling us there was nothing more they or any other hospital could do, had her transferred to Hershey just in time! Dr. Aziz and his team of doctors were incredible! Special thanks to Dr. Cook and Dr. Ring! Nurses were awesome too, Annie & Rob made us all feel like family. We had almost all the family there and not once did anyone say we all couldn't be there..This is a pretty special place!! God bless you all!!
The staff in the pediatric emergency room went above and beyond for my son. Thank you Dr. Serrano, nurses, and ALL the staff! You all ROCK!!!
Everyone here is like gold. I couldn't ask for any better treatment or support. It was this way 19 years ago. It is this way today.
Wonderful experience! When your baby has any health concerns you don't want to deal with an unpleasant experience on top of stress, fear, worry and all kinds of other emotions. I felt that the staff understood this and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfrontable as possible for the circumstances. The doctors kept us very well informed and gave us reasonable time frames of when we'd hear news, and they followed through with that.
