They are very courteous and well prepared for situations that come rapidly and are honest as well as ready to comfort and listen to your needs and involve you in their plan of care. They make sure you and your family members are updated, refreshed and involve as well in care plan as long as permission is given by patient. I truly feel reassured after the long ride to get there. Hershey Hospital is definitely a great choice of care!!!
Dr. Harkins and his team is the best. And omg, the nurses that have been taking care of me are heaven sent.
Doctors are phenomenal! Scheduling and phone system and communications are a disaster!
Hershey medical center is the best hospital around. I wouldn't recommend any other one in the central pa. They have saved my life not once but twice from screw ups that my hometown hospital has done. Plus they took care of my baby girl when she was just little n the local hospital claimed she was having seizures when actually she was only having acid reflects. Im so thankful for this hospital n will not deal w any other one
You couldn't ask for better care or minds. Dr Kegg saved my life and made it possible for me to continue without any loss of quality of life. Everyone that I've met in all the different departments has been great and personable.
Today my mom was in the ER, the nurses and doctors, Dr. Shore, and nurse Jena, they are amazing! We got transferred to a room where a wonderful nurse Cassie took care of my mom. Genuine caring, and kindness! Thank you Hershey, wouldn't go anywhere else.
Fabulous...grandson has been there many times..had several surgeries there...great place!
