My father went in for a bladder removal due to cancer. He ended up in SICU then moved to H on 4th floor. The nurses, Dr's, physician assistants, anesthesiaologits, receptionists, cafeteria workers, everyone, was amazing. My family is beyond thrilled with the care he received.
Everyone in the ED was polite and kind. It was a long day for most of them but I appreciated having the same team throughout my 8hr stay.
January 23, 2005, I had hit black ice and wrapped my car around a telephone pole. For as close as I was to death, everything for the next 72 hours would take precision accuracy, starting with life lion and ending with facial reconstruction. They extended visitation rules to allow my support group to continue to pull me thru... I owe my life and many thanks to Dr Harbaugh, the other doctors and all the staff that helped me
Hershey Medical Center is the BEST Hospital and their treatment of Patients is outstanding. I have nothing bad to about Hershey med. today is a year that DR. Cooper told my mom she had cancer� The staff is wonderful! My mom is in the cancer rooms on the 7th floor.
I had a wonderful stay at the Hershey Medical Center for my two surgeries back in July. Everyone was very professional and treated me with respect and dignity. I was very comfortable during my entire two week stay, and would recommend Hershey Med. to anyone that needs a procedure done surgically. Thanks for all your haed work and dedication! Last night, I went to the emergency room of a workman's comp visit. Not truly an "emergency," but the doctor at Urgent Care clearly thought I needed to be seen at the ER. She told me to go right to the ER and she handed me a copy of the request she sent to the ER. Not in pain, not bleeding. It was Friday night, so I knew I'd likely be waiting for a while.
