November 16th 2015 I received the worst news of my life at 30 weeks pregnant, I had lost my baby. I delivered a few days later and had the most amazing care ever, the doctors and nurses were so helpful and caring to myself, my family, and most of all my angel baby. I can not thank everyone enough for the wonderful care I had. In hopes to one day I can share my story with other mothers going through the same.

So thankful for the Pediatric Surgeons staff. So thankful for nurses who are very skilled at blending professional expertise with relational connection. So blessed to have such a fantastic facility and team to care of our Hirschsprungs son. We felt they went over and above in providing for and caring for all of us during his stay.

When I was 35 weeks pregnant I was seen by a new nurse practitioner who decided I needed to be induced because my daughter was 5 lbs. (is that even abnormal for 35 weeks???) and she told me I would probably have to get a c section. Mmmmk. So she scheduled me at the med center for when I...Continue Reading

The doctors and staff are the greatest. My husband is a patient for a heart transplant. Tomorrow he checks in for testing that is required. I have complete confedance in everyone at the Hospital!!! My husband is in the best hands that he could be. Thank you to all the doctors and staff for everything that you do!!!

This has pretty much been my home since 2012. Admitted in September of 2012 as an Oncology patient I pretty much spent every two out of three weeks as an in-patient on the oncology floor... Or while in a coma in the HVICU, which happened twice, definitely a terrifying experience waking up weeks later not knowing what reality even was anymore, but against all odds, still somehow managed to pull through thanks to the efforts of so many people in so many different departments. Still don't trust any other place with any of my me... read more
