Re-Roof Penfolds had installed the previous roof on our house, so it didn't require much thought on who we were going to hire. This summer we had an Eco rubber roof and skylight installed by Penfolds. We are so pleased with the roof, skylight and the service provided by Norm. Norm's excellent customer service never made us feel pressured with any of the decisions that had to be made. Re-Roof & Replace Skylights After speaking to several roofing companies about the wide range of products available I chose to replace my original cedar shake roof with Penfolds EcoRoof rubber shakes. Roofing When we started on the hunt for a roofing company, there were a lot of companies to look through. My husband though, said he wanted Penfold's because they've been around so long and have a really good reputation. When we were hit by that incredible storm that ripped multiple shingles off our roof, I called Penfold's and Michael called us back. He was so helpful and informative. New roof & gutters My wife and I cannot speak too highly of our recent Pendfolds Roofing experience. New Roof From my initial call to Jonathan Manca for a quote, he met me at my house and explained everything in great detail. This is very important considering the large financial investment a new roof cost. He explained the different types of shingles and the warranties cover each, which is strictly held by Penfolds and can be transferred to new owners if you sell your house, which is a great selling feature. They were the third company we interviewed, and we were immediately impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. Roof From start to finish we were very please with Penfolds work in installing a new roof. Our sales rep made understanding our choices and options really simple. The workers were efficient and polite. It all happened in 3 days and the site was constantly cleaned up. It was a great experience and looks great.
