Re-Roof We had a great experience with both Sean Crowther and Penfold's Roofing. Sean was very helpful in discussing options and answering all my questions. I also appreciated that he got back to me quickly whenever I had a question or concern. I was happy with the roofing team working on the house. New Cedartwin Roof We had the misfortune of having a tree fall on our roof during a wind storm this past fall. We dealt with many companies – insurance, restoration, contractors and workers – to get the damage fixed and I can say none was more professional than Penfolds. Our previous roof shingles were no longer available and we were provided a letter for the insurance company stating this. Roofing Would most definitely use. Penfolds again or recommend them . The crew that did our roof was very concerned about safety for everyone in the area of the worksite. They even checked my neighbour's driveway for nails and debris.

New Roof We were desperately in need of a new roof but knew nothing about the process. The first quote I got was from a small company and was cheaper but I found out they don't use fall protection while working and the estimator wasn't very knowledgeable about the roofing products or warranty. Flat Roof Repairs Contacted Penfolds because of their reputation to fix a leak on a flat roof. Was a busy time of year and they committed to coming out, but failed to show, and didn't bother to call and let me know. In the end, they were able to fix the problem, but expect better customer service from this company.
