New roof project When the 20 yr. old torch-on roof on our recently bought house seemed to be rapidly coming to its end and after having had not the greatest experiences with 2 other roofing companies in the past 12 years, we decided to phone Penfolds. Roof Thank you Michael and the Penfold's team! My roof was in very rough shape, living with drips and tarps, my only regret was that I didn't call sooner. The workers were very professional, polite and left my yard cleaner than when they started. Thank you again you lifted a lot of stress, forgot what it was like to have a good night sleep!

Windstorm Damage About four years ago I had Penfolds replace my asphalt shingle roof and I was very happy with them, but that's not why I'm writing. During a recent windstorm my parents' (who are in their 70's) had their roof significantly damaged. I received a call from my Dad, who was exasperated and didn't know where to turn or exactly what to do. New Roof Penfolds We were so impressed with Penfolds for our new roof. Right from the first contact with Sean, we had a great professional experience. We had taken the time to have 5 different roofing companies come out and Penfolds was the best value for our money. The workers were on time, highly organized, demonstrated work ethic throughout the time and the clean up and followup was excellent. We would highly recommend going with Penfolds.

Re-Roof We just purchased a new home and knew that the roof would have to be replaced immediately. We received some quotes but I had concerns about the warranties offered. Roof and gutter replacement Great service and great quality. The job was done quickly and efficiently. They got the roof done in 1 day and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. It couldn't have gone any better.

New Roof Once we got the start date, Penfolds was very efficient and professional. They got in did the roof and left with very little disruption to life. When we noticed a minor issue with one area (slope of the roof) it was quickly dealt with. We asked for them to also do our Facia boards and eve's and they lined it up for us. Very proffesional service. Reccommend them to people when asked who did the work. Thanks Penfolds :)

New roof and gutters From start to finish Michael (my Technical Advisor) kept me informed. It felt like it was too large a large project (removal of Spanish tile, sheathing the entire roof, gutters, downspouts) but the quote and the sense of confidence I felt with Michael made the decision to use Penfold's an easy one. New roof This company was very professional. Polite , neat , clean and on time. The estimate was accurate and within our budget. The crew worked on our roof in extreme heat , but still finished the job in the allotted time frame. The cleanup was excellent and our new roof looks amazing.
