Replace and repair very old roof I am very pleased with the work done by the entire team at Penfolds. The workers completed the job in 2 days. Their work ethic was bar none. The job was a challenge as the roof was very old and also had some rotten areas to be dealt with. The finished roof looks totally professional. Very happy with the results. Re-Roof We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Penfolds Roofing when they installed a new roof on our old house. They had to squeeze the job in between winter storms here in White Rock, but they arrived with a crew of several workers and didn’t quit until it was done. The entire crew was very professional and friendly, even though they had to carry all the supplies on their shoulders up ladders. Re-Roof We knew eventually that we would need a new roof and after having all our neighbours getting a new roof we felt a bit of peer pressure. We talked with our neighbours and even had recommendations of roofing contractors. We had at least 5 estimates plus 3 contractors that looked at our roof and refused to do it because of the steepness. Our 6th estimate was from Penfolds. Eco-friendly roof My husband saw Penfolds' eco-friendly roofing product (from recycled tires) at a home show a couple of years ago. When it was time to replace our 23 year old cedar shingle roof, we did want an environmentally conscious product. The fact that it would also last 50 or more years certainly added additional sway to our decision. We were indeed very pleased with the new roof. Re-Roof We recently used Penfold’s to replace our cedar shakes and install a new shingle roof after having a raccoon rip two holes in our shakes and cause interior water damage. We had several estimates and Penfold’s was very competitive. Sean Crowther was our technical advisor, and was very professional in his presentation, helping us select the type and color for the roof. Re-Roof I just wanted to let you know I’m enjoying my new roof. You asked me at the end of July if I was enjoying my new roof and I was ambivalent saying “it’s like buying new tires, you spend a lot of money to get back to where you were at the start”. However after all the heavy rain it’s nice to know we have a new roof and it’s working perfectly. Cheers Ken

Roof repair My roof began to leak and it needed immediate repairing because having to live in "raincouver" with a leaky roof is just no doable. A repair representative was able to come within 20 minutes of my call. A temporary tarp was installed and we were given a very fair price estimate the following day and the roof was completed a week later. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service, quality, and professionalism.

Steve Mitten We did a lot of homework prior to replacing our roof. We researched the various new material options, various material suppliers, and roofing contractors. We also talked to a number of friends who had gone through the same process recently. In the end we chose to work with Adam from Penfolds for the following reasons: 1) We wanted to work with a firm who had a great reputation, stood behind their work and would actually still be in business and willing to respond should we have a problem 10 years down the road. ... read more
