Cedar Twin Fiberglass Shingle Roof From quote, service, install and cleanup, Penfolds has been excellent to deal with. Thanks John, Matt and the install crew who work on Saturday late into the evening to complete my install quickly. Service responded to fixing my roof leak quickly, and the install crew was very efficient, polite and careful with the work. Penfolds people are well,organized.

Re-Roof I had a Penfolds Ziplok Metal Roof installed in September, 2013. It replaced a moss and debris covered Tar & Gravel Roof. I have used other roofing companies in the past, but knew I wanted a Penfolds roof. I could not be more pleased. The sales rep. Sean was wonderful and Stuart and his crew did a superb job. Project: Roof Replacement After contacting two other roofing companies, I got in touch with Penfolds Roofing to discuss replacement of my original cedar shake roof with asphalt shingles. Although their quote was a bit higher, I opted for Penfolds because of their excellent reputation and warranty. I cannot say enough about the patience and professionalism of Jonathan Manca our project manager. I would certainly recommend Penfolds Roofing after a first-rate experience.

Metal roof Last July I was very selective in picking out a new roofer as the year before I had two shed roofs done. Their unprofessional conduct and absenteeism left me at an Ah. So after much scouting around I was recommended to Penfolds. I was skeptical and had many "do not" dos, on my list. Re-Roof Out of the roofing companies I contacted, Michael from Penfolds was by far the most professional and easy to work with. Michael was extremely approachable, knowledgeable, informative, and the only person out of all of the roofing companies that mentioned requirements for our specific roof in our region. Roof This is the worst company for customer service. We were having problems with a sky light and with some recent renovations our contractor discovered that the sky light does not have any drainage holes and that there was moisture. We phone Penfold and spoke to someone at Penfold who basically gave us the run around and the last message we received was that we had to go after the manufacture to get them to repair it when Penfold put the unit in as part of our contract when they did our roof . Re-Roof Excellent service, workmanship and warranty. Money well spent and I love my new roof and gutters which adds a lot of value to my home. My consultant, Michael, made the whole process easy and was there for me every step of the way. He went through the contract with me - word for word and took the stress out of this project. He coordinated with the roofers, carpenter and the gutter company. The workers took great care of my outdoor furniture and equipment and put it all back in place when the job was finished.
