Metal roof Last July I was very selective in picking out a new roofer as the year before I had two shed roofs done. Their unprofessional conduct and absenteeism left me at an Ah. Re-Roof Out of the roofing companies I contacted, Michael from Penfolds was by far the most professional and easy to work with. Michael was extremely approachable, knowledgeable, informative, and the only person out of all of the roofing companies that mentioned requirements for our specific roof in our region. Roof This is the worst company for customer service. We were having problems with a sky light and with some recent renovations our contractor discovered that the sky light does not have any drainage holes and that there was moisture. We phone Penfold and spoke to someone at Penfold who basically gave us the run around and the last message we received was that we had to go after the manufacture to get them to repair it when Penfold put the unit in as part of our contract when they did our roof . Re-Roof Excellent service, workmanship and warranty. Money well spent and I love my new roof and gutters which adds a lot of value to my home. My consultant, Michael, made the whole process easy and was there for me every step of the way. He went through the contract with me - word for word and took the stress out of this project. He coordinated with the roofers, carpenter and the gutter company. The workers took great care of my outdoor furniture and equipment and put it all back in place when the job was finished. Re-Roof When our roof was in need of replacement, I contacted Penfolds. I was familiar with the quality of work that Penfolds did from another experience, and had no questions about who to call. While you can find cheaper options, the quality of the workmanship, product and service makes it worthwhile. We intend on living in our house for a while, and wanted to make sure we had a good job done. We were not disappointed. Roofing I used Penfolds in the past when after a bad wind storm had cracked both of my skylights, they came out right a way and in the wind and the rain, covered both skylights with tarps, when the tarps came loose after more wind they came out again and recovered the skylights. When it came time to replace my roof, I went with Penfolds due to past service I had received. The roofing crew were efficient and very professional. New Cedar Twin Asphalt Roof in Burnaby We got several estimates in the Burnaby area for our leaking roof. When John came out to do our estimate, I think he was the third person.
