Eco Roof The Penfolds crew was very courteous and efficient, from discussions with John Shaw, to the old roof removal and the reasonable price of additions once underway. They kept the site manageable for access to other work simultaneously, were helpful in explaining details and completed the job as planned. Re-Roof My wife and I were very pleased with the roofing (and the rubber roof product) that was completed last year. We were impressed with the service quality we received from the detail of the sales contract to the attention of concerns during the job. Even though the rainy weather delayed some of the work at the start, there were no leaks from the rain torrent because of the careful prep job that was done. New roof After all the rain this winter it was apparent I needed a new roof. I got a couple of quotes and while Penfolds wasnt the lowest, i went with them because of their reputation of standing behind their work and the fact that they have been in business for over 70 years. I spoke with a new neighbour who recently got a Penfold roof after moving in and before making my decision I asked him why. Re-Roof We wanted to write and thank Penfolds for our fantastic new roof. In fact our thanks are twofold: Firstly for the excellent customer service from you and your team, everything was explained well and we felt looked after over the whole process. There was no pressure and info was provided in a timely way when requested. leaky roof in kitchen They are expensive, everyone knows that. But when you get a leak during rainy season, and it's always rainy season in Raincouver, you just want someone to show up and start working on your leak. i didnt want to call a smaller company and wait for the guy to flake out becasuse he says he was too busy on another job and will "try" to come tomorrow. Re-Roof From my initial contact with Adam from Penfolds, to the production coordination by Scott, Ron and Stuart I am very satisfied with my Ziplok Metal roof. I decided on a Penfolds metal roof as I wanted a low maintenance solution that I would never have to worry about again. Their price was competitive,the warranty outstanding and the service I received throughout the project was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.
