Roof Replacement we are extremely pleased with the work done and the polite, efficient workmen. The weather was not the best but they managed to make sure the roof was secure and waterproof at all times. We also appreciated the fact that they informed us if they were leaving the property and we were given a phone number to reach them if there were any problems. We would particularly like to thank Michael for his attention to details and his help generally.

New Roof The work took about six days in all - but Ricky and his crew were very professional, clean and tidy and created amazingly little mess given the size of the project. They showed excellent team work and seemed to complement each others skills. The cedar shake and shingle roof looks good overall. Adam and Adrian were very attentive as well, both before and after the roofers were finished, and I've felt very confident of Penfolds' determination to provide satisfaction. New Cedar Roof Penfolds was such a wonderful company to deal with from start to finish. From our first meeting with our technical advisor Sean Crowther who explained all of our options to us in person (which other companies didn't do) and showed us the various shakes etc. we had to choose from, to the incredible crew that actually did the installation led by Rey. Roof Replacement Penfolds did a phenomenal job replacing our old roof with their Cedartwin Laminated Roof System, service and work was first rate and they were able to start installing it two weeks earlier than scheduled. Roderick and his roofing crew were very hard working, polite and very respectful. They placed tarps on the ground to catch debris, cleaning up each day leaving nothing behind. Exceeded all expectations Based on quotes, Penfolds was the most expensive, however mid way through the project is was certainly apparent you get what you pay for. Quality, professionalism, promises kept, site was cleaned each and every night. No doubt we made the proper choice

Replaced roof It took quite a while for the work to begin after paying the deposit but after it got started the crew worked full on days until it was done about six days later. Roof looks great. Excellent attention to prep, clean up, safety and everything in between. We were amazed at how difficult the work must be and how the crew ploughed right through it. We had cedar shingles replaced with asphalt and gutters. Very professional company, they have a good reputation for good reasons

Leaking in Langley Penfolds installed our new Ecoroof Rubber Roof in 2007. We took out a $28,000 loan to do this. The company strongly promoted the long-term viability of this product, which carried a 50-year manufacturer’s warranty. Initial problems and leaks around our chimney were satisfactorily addressed. However, over the following 11 years, we have been plagued by five (5) major roof leaks in a number of places. Last year, just prior to the expiration of the 10-year workmanship warranty, we suffered another major leak.... read more
