New Roof and Solar complete! Wanted Solar, needed a new roof. Quandary is no roofing company would insure a roof with solar so you have to do them together with the same company. I therefore explored Penfolds which does both. I met with Michael and he was very good in down-to-earth explanations on what to expect, how things work. He was a great sales guy. Roof and solar I reached out to Penfolds last year for a quote on a new roof and solar power. Hamish presented a polished and informative proposal. He was both professional and patient. Both the roofing and solar installation crew were organized and tidy. The project moved along quickly and on budget. Great communication through all stages of the project. Thanks penfolds!

Cedar roof conversion Penfolds (JR and his crew) were fantastic and hope they value this! We were pleased with their quick response on a small issue and it was rectified quickly. The scope of the work (detail) was explained very well (informative/detailed) by Mike. We as consumers received 3-4 quotes from different companies- Penfolds was not the least expensive. I had heard so many wonderful things about Penfolds and had witnessed their work first hand, that I didn’t want other estimates. Roof Replacement We recently moved into a new house with a very old Cedar shingle roof that needed replacing. We met with Michael, picked out the materials & colours from the choices available and all that was left was to try and find some rain free days which wasn't easy during the winter months. Flat roof Craftsmanship was very good. Did not communicate with subcontractors very well. (ie bin drop location). There cleanup at the end of the day was poor. We had to ask them after the first day to do so. Workers left cigarette butts in our lawn? Distgusting!
