Roof replaced Our 30 year old home had a cedar shake roof that was due to be replaced..We contacted Penfolds and Michael Schoeman came to the house. He was very helpful and explained our options. We followed his advice and were more than satisfied with the results . The crew were very professional,everything was cleaned up and the end result was a great looking roof with a full guaranty.. We would definitely recommend Penfolds to anyone who asked us

No Guarantee Roof Repairs ! Had a roof leak "repaired" by Penfolds and was told by repairer that work was guaranteed. Penfolds online site says "everything we install carries our extensive warranty and Workmanship warranty into a single Peace of Mind Warranty" I was told by Service Manager that roof repairs are NOT WARRANTEED!!! He also said that sometimes it takes 3 to 4 times to do a repair and homeowner has to pay for each " try " !!! Their warranty is a sham and and un-trustworthy!!!!!

Roofing On time and on schedule . Price came in under the quote. Friendly roofers and all clean up was done . Protected the neighbours garden as well.

New Roof and Solar complete! Wanted Solar, needed a new roof. Quandary is no roofing company would insure a roof with solar so you have to do them together with the same company. I therefore explored Penfolds which does both. I met with Michael and he was very good in down-to-earth explanations on what to expect, how things work. He was a great sales guy. Roof and solar I reached out to Penfolds last year for a quote on a new roof and solar power. Hamish presented a polished and informative proposal. He was both professional and patient. Cedar roof conversion Penfolds (JR and his crew) were fantastic and hope they value this! We were pleased with their quick response on a small issue and it was rectified quickly. The scope of the work (detail) was explained very well (informative/detailed) by Mike. We as consumers received 3-4 quotes from different companies- Penfolds was not the least expensive.
